As an award winning entrepreneur with over 20 years of business development experience, I can show you how to apply practical business strategies and provide you with support and guidance to set magnetic goals and action plans that will keep you on track as you build your personal wealth while contributing to others.

It’s important to know that my coaching services are not for everyone. Those who don’t have a strong desire to succeed typically don’t click with my straight-forward style and practical approach. While I think business can be exciting and fun, as well as personally rewarding, not everyone is ready for success and willing to explore new ways to get the job done – to make their business successful. While very grateful for the rewards that have come from her strategy of continual growth and the honing of both her personal and professional skills, it is her desire to help as many people as possible to discover and implement the best tools to get the job done: to have a happy and fulfilling experience of life.
Personal & Business Success
After completing a university degree in Economics, Cathy went on to amass a combined 20 years in business development from Microsoft, IBM, and as co-founder of The Electric Mail Company Inc. This company was successfully listed as a stock exchange traded company while Cathy served as President and CEO.
Ms. Demers has won the Canadian Woman Entrepreneur Award (Western Canada), the Business in Vancouver Top 40 Under 40 Award (for which she has slight regret she no longer qualifies), and has twice been nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. In addition, she has mentored and coached successful entrepreneurs, and has been a keynote speaker for diverse groups including the BC Ministry of Small Business and the National Research Council.
