PART TWO
Law of Attraction and EFT – The Missing Link!
EFT has been described as the "missing link" that enables you to really make the Law of Attraction work to manifest all you desire. Using EFT to tap on the emotional triggers that can sabotage progress opens up the road to freedom!

EFT and the Law of Attraction is a Four Step Process:
Step 1: Clearing Negative. The first step is identifying the underlying emotions of the issue, which is often stress and/or anxiety related, and can result in physical symptoms. For example, what emotions are triggered by the thought of abundance? These emotions are stated and focused on while using EFT techniques. This process releases the energy blocks which then allows a more neutral feeling.
Step 2: Bridging Negative and Positive. Once the emotional intensity is reduced, there is an opportunity to use EFT to shift to a new way of being, thinking and feeling. It can be a big leap to jump from one end of the spectrum to the other, for example from a feeling of lack across to the other side of marvelous prosperity. The "What if I could be abundant?" and "I choose abundance" are examples of EFT bridging statements that allow the progress to occur.
Step 3: Tapping In Positive Affirmations. Once the door is open to possibility, then EFT allows the new beliefs to settle in and be re-enforced. Using EFT when stating positive affirmations really works! Without EFT, if affirmations are stated but not felt as true, their impact is greatly reduced.
